ANB Academy Name Full-Time Director of Business Development

The ANB Academy is pleased to announce an exclusive agreement with Marcelo Almeida, owner of Solo Sports Solutions, Inc., to expand operational procedures, business development and marketing promotion.

Marcelo Almeida has been a part-time member of The ANB Academy team for the past three years coaching in various programs, principally at the younger ages. He holds the United States Soccer Federation (USSF) "Youth" License (2007) and USSF "C" License (2009). His corporate skills and education will now assist with the growth and expansion of The ANB Academy. He has attained an Economics B.A. (Hons.) from York University (where he was also a member of the varsity soccer team), a Master of Business Administration from SDA Bocconi in Milan, Italy and has over 12 years of banking experience with The Bank of Nova Scotia (domestically and internationally). He has lived in various countries for extended periods of time, and speaks English, Spanish, Italian and French.

"I am extremely happy to be able to blend my business experience with my passion for futbol and help ANB achieve its ultimate vision of creating the most professional futbol organization in Canada," said Marcelo Almeida.
